As we approached the project, we encountered challenges related to timing and temperature. With the epoxy requiring specific conditions for proper curing, we had to postpone the project a couple of times until late August when the temperature was suitable. With a high of 21 degrees, we seized the opportunity to proceed.
We approached the installation process meticulously, pouring the epoxy in layers of a maximum of 60mm. Each layer had to cure to a specific point before adding the next layer. We worked tirelessly, even well after dark, to ensure that the pads were precisely leveled and cooled adequately. Our expertise in managing epoxy and the intricate curing process allowed us to overcome these challenges effectively.
